About Fiona

Fiona MacKay is a Certified Career Development Practitioner with 15+ years’ experience working with job seekers from all walks of life, in three countries (US, Canada and UK). A trained coach and award winning facilitator, she has taken hundreds of clients through the entire job search process from Career Planning, to Job Search Techniques, writing Resume and Cover Letters and ultimately to successful Interviewing and landing the job.

She has designed and presented dozens different workshops, worked individually with clients in person, by phone and email.

She has also been an employer and an employee, so has seen the interview process from all angles and brings this knowledge and expertise to her interview writing and coaching.
